Description
7 Shorehead is a later 18th century, two-storey house with an irregular three-bay layout and a rear wing. The front is made of rubble, while the east gable and rear wing are harled. There is an additional rubble wing at a higher level that has an entrance from Barbank Street (No 6 Shorehead). The doorway is located in the outer bay, which was originally the center bay but is now a window. The first floor features two windows with 12- and multi-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. The house has coped end masonry stacks, steeply pitched slate roofs, and sandstone ridges.
No 6 Shorehead has late 18th century fabric and is three storeys tall with two bays on the east elevation. It has irregular fenestration and multi-pane glazing. The house also features masonry end stacks, a slate roof, and a sandstone ridge.
