Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay T-plan farmhouse, sited to N of earlier steading. Harled, with ashlar margins.

E ELEVATION: door to centre with 2-pane fanlight panelled door and consoled cornice. Tall windows flanking at ground, 3 smaller windows to 1st floor breaking eaves in gabled dormerheads with finials and bracket skewputts.

S ELEVATION: 2 closely grouped windows to each floor. Single storey service wing adjoining at right angles to rear, with modern harled addition.

Sash and case windows with 4-pane glazing pattern (1 with timber mullion as bipartite). Graded grey slates, ashlar coped ridge and skews and stacks.

GARDEN WALLS: Rubble wall to front garden with ashlar gatepier to S.
