Description
61, 63, 65 The Green in Aberdeen is an early 19th century, three-storey and attic, three-bay classical tenement building that includes a public house on the ground floor. The exterior features tooled, coursed pink granite with ashlar stone at the ground level. There is a band course and an eaves band, with round arched openings on the ground floor that are wider at the outer bays. The building has piended canted dormers.
The windows are predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case, and the roof is covered with grey slate. The interior has been largely altered in 2006.
