Walls are lined rendered and painted with stepped stucco quoins and smooth basecourse. Front elevation is to Osborne Promenade and faces SW. Right bay is half the width of the left one and contains the modern timber front door with sidelight to right. It is set between crude concrete pilasters, with shallow pediment. To left bay are two modern 1/1 top-hung timber windows. There are three similar windows (in line with ground floor openings) to each upper floor. Diminished in height to second floor. Small front garden is paved and has no front boundary. The left gable abuts 12 Osborne Promenade (HB16/12/026C). The right gable abuts 10 Osborne Promenade (HB16/12/026A). Rear elevation not inspected.
