To left bay is a modern bow window with flat lead roof. There are two modern 1/1 top-hung timber windows to each upper floor, all with thin concrete cills. Diminished in height to second floor. A rendered and coped dwarf wall encloses small front garden. The left gable abuts Great George’s Street South (HB16/12/024D). The right gable abuts Osborne Promenade (HB16/12/026B). Rear elevation not inspected.
