Left bay has a modern stained timber door with plain semicircular headed fanlight over. Ground floor right bay has a modern 1/1 stained timber casement window. The two first floor windows are 1/1 exposed box sashes. Left gable is abutted by adjoining building 8 Osborne Promenade HB16/12/003A. Rear elevation was not inspected. Right gable is abutted by adjoining building 6 Osborne Promenade HB16/12/023A Small area to front of house is enclosed by a cement rendered dwarf wall.
