Single storey/ three bay vernacular house aligned at right angles to W side of Ballydoo Road. Pitched natural slate roof with two rendered and coped chimneys – one to right gable and one between left and centre bays. Advanced eaves course supports metal rainwater goods. Walls are random rubble and lime rendered. Principal elevation faces N. All windows are 2/2 (vertically divided) sliding sashes with horns and granite cills. Centre bay has an entrance porch set to right and a single window to its left. Porch has natural slate roof (ties into front pitch) and walls as façade. Left and right bays have a single window. Left gable is blank. Rear elevation has two top-hung casement windows – one to centre bay and (one to right bay). Right gable is completely abutted by a flush single storey outbuilding with t+g door to centre (of no interest).
