Description
Two storey/ three bay outbuilding adjacent to a derelict house on N side of Tamary Hill. Hipped natural slate roof. No rainwater goods. Walls are quarried granite blocks brought to courses and faced. Painted brick dressings to openings and brick eaves course. Principal elevation faces S. Central bay at ground floor has a pair of large metal doors set in semi-elliptical headed opening. Left and right bays each have a t+g sheeted door with brick segmental heads. To first floor are three equally spaced circular window openings with brick dressings. Left gable is blank. Rear elevation has ventilation holes to ground floor. Left and middle bay at first floor each has a rectangular window openings with t+g shutters. T+g sheeted loading door to right bay. Right gable has a pair of t+g sheeted doors to first floor accessed by eight external granite steps up gable. There is a ruinous house to front garden (of no interest).
