Single storey/ three bay direct entry vernacular house located with a similar building (HB16/09/021) up a lane off Ballykeel Road. Pitched corrugated metal roof with a rendered and coped chimney to party wall of left and central bays. (Concrete skew to right gable). Half round metal rainwater goods are supported on timber brackets with metal hooks. Walls are lime rendered over granite rubble. Principal elevation faces E. Left bay has a tripartite window (exposed box) consisting of 6/3 sash with 2/2 sidelights (no horns). Central bay consists of advanced entrance porch with corrugated metal roof (which is ties into main front pitch). Porch contains t+g sheeted door. Left and right cheeks are blank. To left of porch is a 6/3 sliding sash window (no horns). Right bay has two 2/2 sliding sash windows (vertically divided) with horns. All windows are without cills. Left gable is abutted by single storey outbuilding with slightly higher pitched natural slate roof with lime rendered stone walls. T+g sheeted opening at left end of front elevation. Left gable of is abutted by a similar smaller outbuilding with pitched corrugated metal roof (of no interest). Rear elevation of main block has 2/2 sliding sash (vertically divided) with horns to right bay. Centre bay has two small modern top hung casement windows. Left bay has a shallower outshot with small window and to right of which is a small window. Outbuilding (at right end) has a large modern fixed window. Right gable is blank. Opposite the front of the house is a single storey outbuilding in concrete blockwork with corrugated metal roof and metal casement window (of no interest).
