Single storey/ three bay direct entry vernacular house, accessed from lane on E side of Carmeen Road. Pitched corrugated metal roof (formerly thatched) with rendered and coped chimney to each gable and one between left and centre bays. Rendered skews and raised eaves course. Walls are random rubble lime rendered and white washed. Principal elevation faces NW. Each bay has a single 2/2 (vertically divided) sliding sash window with horns and painted cill. Centre bay has entrance porch set to right with window to its left. Porch has pitched corrugated metal roof with plain timber bargeboard. Walls as main façade and entrance door t+g sheeted. Left and right cheeks are blank. Left gable is blank. Right gable is abutted by a lower outbuilding with corrugated metal roof and walls as main façade (of no interest). Rear elevation was not inspected.
