15 Edentrumly Road is a two-storey, three-bay house located on the west side of Edentrumly Road, near Mayobridge. The house was likely constructed between 1800 and 1819. A building is shown at this location on an 1834 Ordnance Survey 6-inch map. Historic descriptions from 1972 indicate it was originally a two-storey, three-bay house with harled and whitewashed walls, chimneys on both gables, Georgian glazed windows, and a gabled porch with carved bargeboard, extending into single-storey accommodation as part of a farm complex. However, the building has been significantly altered and retains no features of historic or architectural interest. The roof is now concrete tiled, with boxed eaves and plastic rainwater goods. Bargeboards are plain and modern. There are pebble-dashed chimneys on each gable and pebble-dashed walls with a smooth base course, with the front elevation facing north. A single-storey porch with walls and roof matching the house serves as a central entrance, featuring a modern door on the gable. Large, modern, stained timber casement windows with concrete cills are present in each ground floor and first floor bay. The left and right gables are blank, and a similarly detailed modern return abuts the rear of the property. A farmyard of no interest is located to the rear.
