105 Dublin Road, Newry, Co Down, BT35 8QP

This was a two-story cottage, likely built between 1800 and 1819. It was situated with its rear facing the main road, in the Drumalane townland of Newry. When surveyed in November 1969, the cottage had a slated roof and rendered, whitewashed walls. It featured four diamond-paned windows on each of its floors, all with astragal bars. The front entrance had a glass panel and a simple fanlight above the door, and there was also a sheeted door leading to a store. The building was of fair condition and measured approximately 45 feet in length. The building has since been demolished, and the road has been widened.
