These houses have been demolished and replaced with modern houses by the N.I. Housing Executive. Recorded in November 1969 in the first survey as follows: 'Early C19. Three houses, each of 3 floors and basement. Slated roof, slate-hanging to exposed return of No 54. Rendered frontage, horiz. channelling to GF, lined on upper floors. Chamfered plinth at GF, cill course at 1st floor. D/H windows with g.b. Entrances are dressed in granite, no 50 set in segmental-arched recess with Doric cols supporting entablature with fanlight over(s.w.), Nos 52 & 54 have semi-circular arched heads(g.b. to fanlights), and are grouped either side of a vehicle entrance. Separate cart entrance beside No 50 entrance. 9 windows wide.'
