Description
Right building of a pair of three storey/ two bay late Georgian dwellings set in terrace on west side of street. Pitched artificial slate roof with smooth rendered chimney on left party wall; half-round metal rainwater goods. Walls are cream-painted lined render, with a painted base course. The main façade faces E. Centrally placed entrance comprises a modern painted four-panel door with timber-pilastered four-paned sidelights with granite cills. Over the door is a cast iron fanlight (now glazed from behind), with rendered semi-elliptical arch (with raised keystone). To right is a coach entrance with a similar arch, both sharing a central pier. The opening has been infilled behind vertically sheeted mock double wooden doors. All windows are painted timber 2/2 sliding sash with exposed boxes (no horns). Single window to left of pedestrian door, with two windows on each of the floors above, in line with window on ground floor left and in line with shared pier between door and coach arch, all with modern wrought steel grilles. Portion of right gable which projects above abutting building is smooth cement rendered. Left gable is abutted by No 31 (HB16/29/002B). Rear elevation is much altered, with ground floor extension, metal fire escape stair and modern casement windows and openings.
