Single storey house set on the NE side of the Killinchy Road, c.2 miles N of the village of Killinchy. This house has recently been completely renovated and now has a modern appearance. Front SW facade has a right of centre PVC door with two large PVC windows to the left of this and a smaller PVC window to the right. The SE gable is blank. The NW gable has a PVC window to the left. The left hand side of the rear has been extended and now projects beyond the original line of the house. The rear of this section has a PVC door with a PVC window to either side. The entire facade is finished in Tyrolean render and painted. The roof is gabled and covered in concrete tiles. Slight overhang with boxed in eaves and verge. Single brick chimney stack. PVC rw goods. When first surveyed in 1974 this house had a thatched roof and still retained much of its original look. Now it has a modern appearance, with large window openings with PVC frames, PVC doors, a rear extension and a concrete tiled roof.
