This is a small, single-storey house likely dating from before 1834, situated a short distance back from the south-east side of Quarry Road, approximately three miles northwest of Killinchy. The house has undergone significant modernization. The front, north-facing elevation features a centrally positioned flat-roofed porch with a modern glazed door. To the left of the porch are two large modern windows, which were originally double-sash windows. To the right of the porch is a smaller window, followed by another larger window, all with modern frames. The east gable has two square windows with modern frames, while the west gable includes a lean-to store section with a corrugated iron roof. A large, flat-roofed modern extension is visible at the rear. The facade is primarily roughcast and painted, and the main roof is gabled, covered in corrugated iron, with four rendered chimney stacks. The building features PVC rainwater goods.

A house is depicted on the Ordnance Survey map of 1834, and contemporary valuation records indicate it belonged to a Widow McKee at that time. By 1861, the property was leased by Robert Watt, who rented it and surrounding land from the Marquis of Londonderry. The presence of the large windows suggests the building was renovated in the early decades of the 20th century; these were originally double-sash windows when surveyed in 1974. The building is of vernacular character.
