Small single storey house set a short distance back from the SE side of the Quarry Road, c.3 miles NW of the village of Killinchy. Front N elevation has a right of centre flat roofed porch with modern glazed door. To the left of this are two large windows with modern frames (once double sash windows). To the right of the porch is a smaller window with another large window to the far right (both with modern frames as before). The E gable has two square-ish windows with modern frames. The W gable has a lean to store section attached, with corrugated iron roof. The writers were unable to get a straight on view of the rear, but there appeared to be a large flat roofed extension. The facade appears to be mainly covered in roughcast and painted. The main roof is gabled and covered in corrugated iron, with four rendered chimney stacks. PVC rw goods.
