Two cottages. Half Thatch dated 1736 from deeds, though its core and Outwood Cottage are probably earlier. Plastered rubble, thatch, brick stacks. Single storey and attics, 2:2 bays; Half Thatch with a casement of 2-lights with glazing bars to ground floor, two 3-light casements with iron opening frames to first floor, bonnet-hoods. Outwood Cottage with 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, 2 on first floor with bonnet-hoods. Two door openings; to left a 6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed; to right a plank door. Half Thatch with a C20 lean-to at rear. Interiors with features of interest including doors and fireplaces.
