Description
This is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of Pilcorn Street in Wedmore. The house is of roughcast construction with a triple Roman tile roof, wide eaves, and brick end stacks. It has a symmetrical frontage with 3 bays. The windows are 12-pane sashes. The central door has an ornamental pilaster jamb and a 6-panelled door with the top four panels glazed. The door is protected by a hood with a moulded cornice resting on two turned posts. Contemporary plastic guttering replicates the original design, incorporating 19th-century lion heads on the brackets.
