Description
Church Villa is a late 18th-century house. It is constructed of random rubble, with a colourwashed roughcast finish to the front elevation. The roof is slate, with M-shaped verges and brick stacks at each end. The house is two storeys high, with a two-bay front. It features 20-pane sash windows, and a 4-panelled door with the top two panels glazed, located on the right return. Original wrought iron railings enclose a railed forecourt.
