Description
Town Green Villa is an early 19th-century house made of brick, featuring a roof of black glazed pantiles. The building stands two storeys high and is arranged in three bays. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door that is topped by a four-vaned fanlight, all set within a timber doorcase supported by fluted brackets and an open pediment. The fanlight is positioned on the outer plane of the doorcase, in front of the door. The windows are sash style, complete with glazing bars, and are set beneath rendered skewback arches. The house has a gabled roof with internal gable-end stacks. In front of the house, there are wrought-iron railings featuring round section verticals that end in spear finials.
