The Stables, 5 Metres North Of Bagborough House

The Stables, located 5 metres north of Bagborough House, is an early 19th-century building used for stabling horses. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped slate roof. The building has a "U"-shaped plan that faces east, with a coach house in the centre and a loft above. Access is provided from the ground level at the west front. The layout includes stables on the right and a tack room and garage on the left. The structure is one and a half storeys tall and has a facade divided into five bays, with three arched openings in the centre that contain double doors. This is flanked by an arcade on both sides, which features a string course. To the right, there are inset arched doorways, while the left arcade includes a flanking fanlight window, along with a door, window, and an inserted garage. Original stalls and fittings are still present in the stables on the right.
