This linhay, located about 25 meters east-south-east of Lower Brown Farmhouse, is likely from the early 19th century. It is constructed of random rubble using local stone and features a slate roof. The structure has seven bays and faces north, with square wooden piers supporting two storeys. This building is a notable example of a local style of farm building.
