Description

The Harvord monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard of the Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, positioned 2 metres north of the north chapel. It dates from the 18th century and is made of Ham stone. The tomb features a moulded base that is almost buried, with plain flanks and ends that have incised pilaster decoration on the sides. It has a moulded hipped top and commemorates Susannah Harvord, who died in 1744.
