Description
The Harwood monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 2 meters north of the nave of the Church of St. Margaret of Antioch. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a plinth, two plain panels on the main sides, and one on the ends. It has reeded central and corner pilasters, a plain frieze, and a chamfered flat top. The monument commemorates William Harwood, who died in 1837, and his wife Elizabeth, who died in 1817.
