House with store rooms. C17, enlarged early C19. Rough cast over rubble, hipped slate roof, overhanging eaves, soffit board, brick stack left, large rendered stack centre. Plan: set into hillside, possibly 2 cell and cross passage extended right early C19. 2 storeys, 6 bays; mixed fenestration including early C19 3-light leaded casement and four 16 pane sash windows, 2 plank doors end bays right, main entrance through plank door between first and second bays left. Hipped roof extended on left return over shed. Rear elevation, late C17-early C18 leaded cruciform window. Interior not viewed. Primarily listed for group value with Orchard Wyndham (qv).
