Shop with dwelling. Mid C19. Painted brick, stone stepped voussoirs, cills, platband and keyed semicircular arch to door; slate roof with brick stack to gable ends. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Wide eaves with paired brackets over 3/6-pane sash windows to the second floor and a platband over 6/6-pane sashes to the first floor. The C20 shop is flanked by late C19 panelled pilasters with foliate scrolled consoles to square panels supporting the moulded fascia. The 6-panel door to right has an ornamental semicircular fanlight. The rear is 3-window range with similar windows to the front, a blocked door to left and a blocked shop window to right. INTERIOR not inspected.
