House About 30 Metres North East Of The Manor House

This is a detached farmhouse located about 30 metres north-east of the Manor House, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of ham stone that is roughly cut and squared, with ashlar dressings, and features a roof covered with triple-roll clay tiles and stepped coped gables. The building has two storeys and four bays.

On the ground floor, there are plain mullioned windows with slightly chamfered edges, including two 2-light bays (bays 2) and three 3-light bays (bays 1 and 3). A 20th-century casement window has been inserted to the right of bay 4. The first floor has 3-light casement windows, with those in bays 1 and 2 reflecting an earlier design. All windows, except the 20th-century one, have rectangular leaded panes. To the left of the lower bay 4, there is a boarded door set in a deep recess under a timber lintel. The interior has not been seen.
