Farmhouse. Early C19. Local stone squared and random coursed, with Ham stone dressings; Welsh slate roof between coped gables; rendered chimney stacks at each end. 2-storeys with attic, 3-bays. Central doorcase with plain pilasters and open pediment to a 6-reeded panel door; 16-pane sash windows, 12-panes to window over doorway, in simple architraves; stone eaves cornice. Lean-to on East side: to both end gables circular attic windows with radial bars, and to rear staircase a semi-circular headed 16-pane sash with traceried head. Interior little altered, with Regency style doorcases and staircase.
