Description
Shalford Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of local stone rubble, topped with a hipped roof made of Welsh slate and featuring yellow brick chimney stacks. The building has two storeys with attics and is arranged in three bays. It includes 12-pane sash windows set in plain openings, each with voussoired segmental arched heads. The central entrance features a six-panel door beneath a Regency-style fanlight, situated in a semi-circular arched recess, and is accessed by a double flight of stone steps that lack a handrail. The roof has two lead-covered dormers, each with small two-light casement windows. There is a small single-storey extension on the northeast side. The interior has not been seen.
