WEDMORE CP CHURCH STREET (North side) Monument to Savidge Family, in churchyard approximately 40 metres North of the chancel, Church of St Mary

Chest tomb. Earliest inscription to Jane Savidge of 1758, though chest certainly erected on the death of her father, George Savidge, in 1768. Dressed stone. Chest with a moulded plinth, corner urn pilasters, hipped slab top moulded around its lower edge. All inscriptions to panel to South; panel to West missing at time of re-survey (May 1984).
