Description
No 19 on Bath Road is a house that is part of a row, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of random rubble with a slate roof that is hipped to the right and features a brick stack. The building has two storeys and one bay, with paired sash windows that have flush-mounted glazing bars and a central wooden dividing mullion, all topped by a wooden lintel. To the right, there is a door opening with a 20th-century glazed and panelled door, also with a wooden lintel above it. A 20th-century wooden gabled latticework porch is present over the door. To the right of the one bay, there is a pent-roofed outshut with a double-Roman tile roof and a sash window with glazing bars. This house is primarily noted for its group value with the adjacent buildings on Bath Road.
