Description

No 12A on Goose Street is a 17th-century house that is part of a row. It is constructed from random rubble and features a triple-Roman tile roof with a coped verge on kneelers on the left side. The house has a gabled dormer and a brick ridge stack. It is two storeys high with two bays. The first floor has a three-light ovolo-moulded stone-mullioned window, while the ground floor has a single four-light opening. To the right, there is a door opening framed by a broad moulded block surround with an emphasized keystone, leading to a 19th-century half-glazed and panelled door.
