Description

Brook House is a house that is part of a row, dating from the late 18th century. It has a rendered and colourwashed exterior, with a pantile roof and a brick stack. The building is two storeys high and features two bays. On the first floor, there are 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor has a 16-pane sash window, with each window accompanied by paired decorative 20th-century shutters. To the right of the building, there is a door opening with a semi-circular head, which contains a 19th-century four-panelled door and a fanlight with radiating glazing bars. The other buildings in the row are not of special interest.
