House, part of a row. C17, late C18 alterations. Doulting rubble, dressed flush quoins to right, slate roof, brick ridge stack. Symmetrical facade. Two storeys and basement, 2 bays; 3-light moulded stone-mullioned windows, each light containing a narrow sash window with glazing bars. Central door opening in a moulded stone surround, late C18 6-panelled door, reached by 3 stone steps set at right angles to facade, wrought iron handrail and railings. To its left 5 stone steps leading down to basement, plank door.
