Farmhouse. Early C19. Render grooved as ashlar, expressed quoins, asbestos slate double span roof with overhanging eaves. Plan: parallel range. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 12 pane sash windows first floor, 16 pane sash windows groundfloor flanking single storey gabled porch with ball finial, blank panel above depressed arch opening, partly glazed C20 inner door. Cast iron railings, palmette headed, set in blue lias random rubble wall with flat coping returned to house. Inserted wooden gate posts, single gate of similar design to railings on axis with entrance. Railings in poor condition at time of survey (November 1983) but form important feature with farmhouse.
