House. Early C19. Red sandstone random rubble masonry, slate roof, brick stacks. 2-storeys, three bays, 12 pane sash windows in raised, lugged, cement surrounds with keystones. Central pilaster strip doorcase in wood, without capitals, cavetto moulded lintel, panelled reveals, 6 panel door partially glazed. One similar window on left return elevation with sunken doorway. Boundary wall to right, random rubble with hit and miss coping, about 2.5 metres high with square headed opening, plank door, continued as the wall of Cridlands (qv).
