Small country house. Mid C18, with early C20 modifications. Local stone cut squared and coursed; Cornish slate hipped roof with wide eaves overhang, wood bracketted soffites; 2 central brick stacks in banded red and white brickwork. 2-storeys, 3-bays. Plinth, band course and rusticated quoins; central 6-panel door with semi-circular fanlight in semi-classical stone pilastered doorcase with pediment over; C20 brick access stairs; 16-pane sash windows with heavy stone voussoired lintols with false keystones, centre window first floor has semi-circular arched head in rusticated surround. 10 metres South of house pair rusticated gate piers in local stone, with moulded hipped caps.
