Range Of Outbuildings, About 200 Metres West Of Staple Park Farmhouse

This range of outbuildings, located about 200 meters west of Staple Park Farmhouse, includes a former cider house, a barn, and an adjoining double threshing barn. The buildings likely date from the late 18th century to the early 19th century, possibly incorporating earlier structures. The walls are made of square and coursed local stone, with the cider house on the left featuring a gable end wall and an internal wall. A lower random rubble plinth is visible on the facade, while the rest is obscured. The facade is weatherboarded, and the roof is thatched, hipped to the right and half hipped to the left. The layout consists of a two-storey square cider house on the right, a four-bay barn in the center, and a five-bay threshing barn on the left. The cider house has a loft opening above an inserted garage doorway and a lateral stair on the right return, with the central barn positioned between the other structures.
