Description
The Greyhound Inn is an early 19th-century inn constructed from squared and coursed blue lias stone. It features a shallow pitch slate roof and brick stacks at the gable ends, with an L-shaped plan. The building stands two storeys high and has four bays. The front facade includes 16-pane sash windows, with a recessed central bay on the ground floor that is topped by a large modillion cornice. Narrow 8-pane sashes flank a central late 20th-century door. The left return of the building has three bays with 20th-century window arrangements. The interior has been significantly altered.
