Description
This barn, located 30 metres south-west of Manor Farmhouse, is possibly from the 18th century. It features a red brick exterior, accented with yellow brick at the first floor level, and has a plain clay tile gabled roof. The structure has two levels and consists of eight structural bays, with a projecting porch on the east side that is now obscured by other buildings. The barn includes modern doorways below, semi-circular arched openings above, and two ventilation slits. The gable ends are clad with corrugated iron on the south side and truncated plaster on the north side. There is a stone and weatherboarded garage building attached to the north end, along with other farm buildings on the east side that are not included in this listing. Inside, the barn features collar trussed rafters with two purlins on each slope.
