Farmhouse. Late C16, substantial late C18 rebuilding, part of the former Burton Pysent estate (qv Curry Rivel parish). Rubble, tile roof, coped verges, brick stacks. Three-unit and cross-passage plan with a later added dairy and kitchen wing. Two storeys, 4 bays, 2-light CRO U.P.V.C. casements on first floor, 2 and 3-light edge-moulded stone-mullioned windows on ground floor. Door opening with a plank door. Very high quality single-storeyed late C18 dairy to east, stone-mullioned and transomed windows in moulded architraves, brick . Good large late C18 brick porch to a door opening at the rear. Inside with features of interest including 2 framed ceilings on the ground floor and a blocked doorway with a 4-centred arch head.
