Detached cottage. C18. Local lias stone cut and squared, roughly coursed; thatched roof with undulating sweeps over upper windows, plain gables; brick chimney stacks with traditional baffles. L-plan. Single storey with attics, 4-bay east elevation to main road. 2-light casement windows with small leaded-lights set under timber lintols, upper bay 2 and lower bay 4 blank: on south elevation to Ham Lane random fenestration of 4 upper casements and 5 lower, all to match; entrance in west gable. Interior not seen.
