Dairy, now house and outbuilding. C17/C18. Random rubble, pantile roof, 2 brick stacks. Two storeys, 5 bays, 2 and 3-light moulded stone-mullioned windows and single-light window in a moulded stone surround. Two door openings, plank doors. Pantiled verandah to left of ground floor attached to Manor Farmhouse (qv). (VAG report, unpublished SRO, March, 1981).
