CHILCOMPTON CP THE STREET (East side) ST65SW 4/20 Eagle House 21.9.60 - II

House. C18. Coursed and squared rubble, concrete double-Roman tile roof, rendered stacks. Symmetrical frontage. Two storeys, 3 bays, casements in moulded stone architraves, semi-circular head to window over door. Central panelled door, stone doorcase with pulvinated frieze and pediment on Roman-Doric half-columns. Later stone eagle with outspread wings on apex of pediment.
