House, in row. Dated 1780. Local stone cut and squared, Douting stone dressings; plain clay tile roof over stone slate base courses between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. 3 storeys, 3 bays. 2 storey angled bay window to bay 1 with 12 pane sashes; to right a 6 panel door in heavy frame with flat timber hood on brackets, and to bays 2 and 3 wide flat archway leading into St Davids Place, having chamfered timber beam and former gateposts; 12-pane sashes bays 2 and 3 first floor; over door at first floor level a plaque reading: "F/HA/1780"; 9-pane sashes to second floor. Interior not seen.
