Description

Pin Lane Cottage is a detached cottage dating from around 1800. It is built of roughly coursed Cary stone rubble, with a thatched roof featuring plain gables and brick chimney stacks with traditional baffles. The cottage is two storeys high and has two bays. It has horizontal-bar 2-light casement windows under timber lintols, along with an additional window to the right of the second bay. A partially glazed door is located between the bays, sheltered by a timber and thatched porch hood. A thatched dormer is present on the rear elevation, above a later lean-to with pantiled roofing. The interior has not been inspected.
