Description

This is a large house, likely dating from the late 18th or early 19th century, located at 12 and 14 Lambrook Street. It is a three-story building, with a pebble-dash finish on coursed rubble stonework. The roof is covered with pantiles and features gable-end parapets. The front facade has four windows, which are sash windows with thin glazing bars. The ground floor is flanked by projecting bays, each containing three windows, with dentilled cornices and some glazing bars. Two doorways are positioned together in the centre of the building, each with a six-panel door and a fanlight above. The listed buildings on the west side of Lambrook Street form a group.
