Description

Avalon Hall is an early 19th-century building located on Lambrook Street, at the corner with Silver Street. Originally built as a Non-Conformist chapel, it has since been used as a parish room. The hall is a single-storey rectangular stone structure with an ashlar facade facing Lambrook Street. It features a moulded cornice and a hipped pantile roof. There are three round-headed windows with Gothic glazing bars. A projecting covered stair leads to the entrance at the south end. The listed buildings on the west side form a group value context.
