Description
Stuckey's Cottage is a semi-detached cottage, probably from the 18th century. It is built from local stone rubble and features a thatched roof that extends to the east, with a plain gable on the west side and brick chimney stacks. The cottage is single-storey with an attic and has two bays. The ground floor has horizontal bar casements with three and two lights, while the upper bay features a single eyebrow dormer with a three-light rectangular leaded casement of an early design. To the left of the upper bay, there is a projecting stone and thatched porch that includes ornamental leaded sidelights and a 20th-century two-panel door. Additionally, there is a metal plate of a through tie-rod towards the west gable. The west gable is rendered and has a projecting flue from a later date. The interior was not inspected.
