Description
This is an 18th-century chest tomb located about 32 metres north of the tower of the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Ashill village. The tomb features a moulded base and has one fielded panel on each face, with three-panel pilasters on the sides. The tall hipped top has moulded coving and rounded leading edges. The inscriptions on the tomb are not readable.
